I did however buy a papier mache stand the other day which I have been playing with this weekend. It started life as a plain brown paper mache form - it is about 40cm tall - so I gave it a couple of coats of black acrylic.
Then I painted on the gold bodice and varnished, it then added some self-adhesive rhinestones to bling it up! I think it looks fab - now if only I had some real bling to keep on it!

Wow I like that Marlou :) I have often looked at those in Hobbycraft and that mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Then bought something else LOL. Seeing that though I may buy one next time :)
